Payment & Refund Policy — The Inner Wealth Reset

1. About This Policy
This Payment & Refund Policy governs payments made for participation in the Inner Wealth Reset program (the “Program”), a professional wellness and executive development retreat organized and facilitated by the Company. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Application & Acceptance
Participation in the Program is by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. If your application is accepted, you will receive an Acceptance Email confirming your total Program Fee, payment instructions, and payment deadline.
3. Payment Terms
• Timing: Full payment of the Program Fee is due within 5 working days of the date of your Acceptance Email.
• Proof of payment: Proof of payment must be emailed to info@innerwealthreset.com within this same 5-working-day window.
• Currency: All fees are quoted and payable in US Dollars (USD).
• Payment methods:
- Bank transfer — any bank transfer or intermediary bank fees are the responsibility of the participant and are payable in addition to the Program Fee.
- Card / online payment link — a processing fee of 10% of the Program Fee applies and is added at checkout.
• Late or missing payment: If payment and proof of payment are not received within the 5-working-day window, we will send one reminder. If payment is still not received within 2 further days, your place will be released and may be offered to another applicant.
4. Cancellation by You — Refund Schedule
If you withdraw after payment, your refund is calculated based on how far in advance of the Program start date you notify us in writing at info@innerwealthreset.com

30 or more days before the Program start date | 90% of the Program Fee
14–29 days before the Program start date | 50% of the Program Fee
Fewer than 14 days before the Program start date | No refund
All refunds under this section are subject to Section 6 (Fees on Refunds) below.
5. Cancellation or Postponement by the Company
If the Company cancels or postpones the Program — including for reasons of insufficient enrollment, safety, or force majeure (Section 8) — you will be offered, at your own choice:
(a) a full refund of all amounts paid, with no deductions; or
(b) the option to retain your payment as credit toward your place on a future Program date.
We will contact you in writing so you can confirm which option you prefer.
6. Fees on Refunds
Where a refund is due under Section 4, any bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or payment-gateway processing fees incurred in returning funds will be deducted from the refund amount. This deduction does not apply to refunds issued under Section 5, which are paid in full.
7. No-Shows
A participant who does not attend the Program without prior written cancellation is treated as a cancellation received with fewer than 14 days’ notice, and no refund is payable.
8. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, or public health emergencies. Where the Program is cancelled or postponed for these reasons, Section 5 applies.
9. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 22 business days of written confirmation.
10. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your application is the version that applies to you.
