1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the Inner Wealth Reset program (the “Program”), including through our website, our application process, and communications with you. The Company is the data controller for the personal information described in this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
a) Application information. When you apply, we collect your name, contact details, professional background, and information about your motivation and goals for the Program.
b) Health and wellbeing screening information. As part of our application process, we ask a limited set of questions about your physical and psychological wellbeing, relevant to the safety of participating in retreat activities (such as breathwork and somatic practices). This is sensitive personal information. We only ask what is necessary for safety and suitability screening, we ask you to disclose it voluntarily, and we do not use it to diagnose, treat, or provide medical or psychiatric care.
c) Payment information. To process your Program Fee, we collect billing details and proof-of-payment documentation. Card and bank transaction data is processed directly by our payment gateway and/or bank; we do not store full card numbers.
d) Communications. Records of emails and other correspondence between you and us.
e) Photos and video. With your separate, optional consent (see Section 8), photos and video taken during the Program.
f) Website usage information. If and when we introduce website analytics or similar tools, we will collect standard usage data (such as pages visited and general location) and will update this Policy and our cookie notice accordingly. At present, we do not use dedicated tracking or advertising tools on our website.
3. Why We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• assess and process your application;
• communicate with you about your application, acceptance, and participation;
• process payments and refunds;
• plan for your health, safety, and suitability during the Program;
• with your consent, use retreat photos/video for marketing; and
• comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (Sensitive Data)
Because health and wellbeing screening information is sensitive personal data, we only collect and use it with your explicit, informed consent, given voluntarily when you submit your application. You may decline to answer non-essential questions; doing so may affect our ability to assess your suitability for certain activities. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, though this may affect your ability to participate if we can no longer confirm your safety for the Program.
5. Who We Share Information With
We share personal information only as needed to deliver the Program, with:
• service providers that host our application form, email, and file storage (e.g., Google);
• our payment processor and bank, to process payments and refunds;
• accommodation, venue, and logistics providers, limited to the information needed to arrange your stay and participation; and
• professional advisors (legal, accounting) where necessary.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share health or wellbeing screening information with any party outside those directly involved in assessing your safety and suitability for the Program.
Access to screening answers is limited to the Program’s founders/organizers involved in participant review. No other parties are involved in reviewing this information.
6. International Transfers
Because we use service providers such as Google, and because our team and applicants are based in different countries (including Egypt, Cyprus, and elsewhere), your information may be stored or processed outside your home country. Where this involves transferring information out of the EU/EEA, we rely on the service providers’ standard safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for that transfer.
7. How Long We Keep Information
• Accepted participants: we keep your application, screening, and payment records for as long as needed to deliver the Program, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
• Applicants who are not accepted: we keep application data for up to 12 months, in case a future cohort may be a better fit, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• You may request earlier deletion at any time, subject to Section 9.
8. Photos and Video
We may take photos and videos during the Program for use in our marketing (including social media and our website). This is entirely optional: you may decline, and declining will not affect your participation. If you’d like to opt out, tell us in writing at any time before or during the Program.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate information;
• request deletion of your information;
• object to or restrict certain processing; and
• withdraw consent at any time (see Section 4).

10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including limiting access to sensitive information to those directly involved in participant safety and selection, and using reputable, access-controlled service providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Cookies and Analytics
At present, our website does not use dedicated analytics or advertising tracking tools. If this changes, we will update this Policy and display a cookie notice explaining your choices.
12. Age Eligibility
The Program is intended for adults aged 23 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 23.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your application is the version that applies to you. We encourage you to review it periodically.
