1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Inner Wealth Reset program (the “Program”), a professional wellness and executive development retreat organized and facilitated by the Company. By submitting your application, accepting your place, or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Payment & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Eligibility and Application
• You must be at least 23 years old to apply.
• Participation is by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place, and the Company may accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, including on the basis of information provided during screening.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your application, including any health or wellbeing information relevant to your safety during the Program.
3. Nature of the Program
The Program is a wellness and personal/executive development experience. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care, and the Company is not a licensed healthcare provider. Nothing offered during the Program is a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment. If you are currently receiving medical or psychiatric care, you should consult your treating professional before applying.
4. Health, Fitness, and Insurance
• By participating, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to take part in the Program’s activities (including breathwork, somatic movement, and physical excursions), or that you have sought medical advice confirming your fitness to do so.
• You are solely responsible for disclosing any relevant health or psychological conditions during the application process, and for consulting your own doctor regarding any pre-existing condition, medication, pregnancy, or other circumstance that may affect your participation.
• Insurance: The Company does not provide or arrange travel, health, or medical insurance of any kind. As a condition of participation, you are required to obtain and maintain, at your own expense, valid international medical insurance providing adequate coverage for illness, injury, emergency medical treatment, hospitalization, medical evacuation, and repatriation for the full duration of the Program.
5. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in the Program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, breathwork and somatic practices, group activities, off-site excursions, and travel within Egypt. You voluntarily assume all such risks by choosing to participate.
6. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, you release and discharge the Company, its founders, employees, facilitators, contractors, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claim, liability, or cause of action for personal injury, illness, death, or loss of or damage to property arising from your participation in the Program, including where caused by the ordinary negligence of a Released Party. This release does not apply to liability that cannot be waived under Egyptian law, including liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Certain elements of the Program, including accommodation, venue, and travel-related services, may be provided by independent, appropriately licensed third-party service providers. The Company is not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of these third-party providers, except to the extent the Company was negligent in selecting or instructing them.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of the Code of Conduct in Section 8, or your willful misconduct during the Program.
8. Code of Conduct
To protect the safety, experience, and confidentiality of all participants, you agree to:
• Refrain from alcohol, illegal drugs, and any other prohibited substances for the duration of the Program.
• Refrain from extramarital sexual conduct and from any form of harassment toward other participants, facilitators, or staff.
• Engage with Program activities in good faith, with genuine effort and active participation.
• Follow the Program’s schedule, instructions, and facilitator guidance.
• Remain at the venue for the duration of the Program, and coordinate with facilitators in advance if you need to leave the venue.
• Not invite or host any external parties or individuals at the venue during Program days.
Consequences of violation: The Company may remove any participant who breaches this Code of Conduct from the Program at its sole discretion. If you are removed for this reason, no refund is payable under any circumstances, regardless of the timing set out in the Payment & Refund Policy.
9. Confidentiality Among Participants
Given the personal nature of the Program, participants are expected to treat one another’s identities and any personal information shared during the Program as confidential, and not to disclose or discuss what is shared by other participants outside the Program without their consent.
10. Photography and Media
Photography and video may be taken during the Program for the Company’s marketing use, strictly on the optional, opt-in basis described in our Privacy Policy. Declining to be photographed or filmed will not affect your participation.
11. Changes to the Program
The Company may make reasonable changes to the Program’s itinerary, activities, facilitators, or venue where necessary, including for safety, logistical, or circumstances beyond its control, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes in advance.
12. Payment and Cancellation
Payment, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in full in our Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, and materials provided during the Program remain the intellectual property of the Company and its facilitators. You may not record, copy, teach, or redistribute Program content for commercial purposes without the Company’s prior written consent. This does not restrict your personal notes or photos taken for private, non-commercial use.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability to you arising from your participation in the Program is limited to the total amount you paid for the Program. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
15. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, or public health emergencies.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
17. General
• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Payment & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Program.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• No assignment: You may not transfer your place in the Program to another person without the Company’s prior written consent.
• Amendments: The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your application applies to you.
